Moses Simon has made his 100th appearance for the Super Eagles, becoming only the fifth Nigerian footballer to reach the historic milestone.
The winger achieved the feat during Nigeria’s 2-1 victory over Madagascar in a 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Uyo.
Simon, who made his senior debut in 2015 at the age of 19, has remained a key player for the national team through different generations and coaching eras.

During his international career, he has played under seven coaches, scored 12 goals, featured in 23 AFCON matches and made 22 World Cup qualifying appearances.
The Super Eagles celebrated the achievement by presenting him with a framed jersey bearing the inscription “SIMON 100”
after the match.
Simon’s century of appearances highlights more than longevity, reflecting his consistency, resilience and lasting contribution to Nigerian football.
