The governor said his administration has rebuilt more than 30,000 homes, schools, clinics and other public facilities since 2019 as part of efforts to restore communities affected by the Boko Haram insurgency.

He noted that the projects represent hope for displaced families, better education for children and improved healthcare for vulnerable residents across the state.

Zulum also called on Nigerians and Africans in the diaspora to invest their money, skills and ideas in businesses, education and healthcare to help unlock the continent’s potential.

He stressed that true leadership is about creating opportunities for others and urged citizens to make positive contributions to their communities regardless of the positions they hold.
