The race for the 2027 general election gathered momentum on Sunday as APC youths in the North-West declared their support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani.
The youths, who met in Kaduna, promised to mobilise millions of young voters across the seven North-West states for the APC.
North-West Zonal Director of Youth Mobilisation of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Abdulazeez Abubakar Kaka, said the campaign for the President’s re-election had begun.
He said Tinubu and Uba Sani deserved another term to complete the projects and programmes they had started.
Kaka praised the President’s leadership and described his appointment as a call to serve the party and the nation.
He also thanked Seyi Tinubu for his support and promised not to disappoint him.
Kaka urged young people to remain united and work together to deliver victory for the APC in 2027.
Also speaking, Deputy Governorship candidate Jerry Adams said both Tinubu and Uba Sani had improved education, infrastructure, healthcare and workers’ welfare.
He called on youths to repay the leaders’ efforts by voting massively for the APC during the next general election.
The event ended with party supporters expressing confidence that strong youth mobilisation would play a major role in the party’s success in the North-West.
